Brewed exclusively for the Nicholsons Festival, this Scottish IPA is fermented with Cascade, Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial, Eldorado hops - so expect full tropical aromas and flavours, a sweet malt backbone and underwritten by the phenolic 'bite' of the Saison yeast. The spicy bitterness of this IPA means that it pulls no punches with Madras Curry, Fajitas, and Burritos.
