Limited Edition. Heineken's new lager for 2017 has a fuller taste born from the selection of Saccharomyces Eubayanus, a rare ’mother’ yeast found recently in the beech forest of Patagonia. This special rarity gives the beer a full round taste, with spicy notes balanced by subtle fruity hints. Created by master brewer Willem van Waesberghe. Changing the yeast gives a spectrum of new tastes. This bottom-fermented beer, by white, fine, compact, tight, medium persistent foam and light spicy notes with fruity scents on the initial aroma of cereals and a light golden crystal colour.
